Causes We Care About
The political action committee, or PAC, is a non-profit organization that pools contributions and then donates funds to support candidates and legislation that are in the best interest of Ohio Towers.

*Companies can NOT donate to the PAC.*
This fund is in place to offer a benefit to an employee or owner that has been injured while performing his or her duties as a tow truck operator for an Association of Professional Towers – Ohio (APTO) member company.
The PUCO did not increase the PPI towing and storage fees when the rates were reviewed in 2023. That means it has been 6 years since there has been a rate increase. The time has come for the Ohio Towers to take a stand and fight the PUCO results. The PPI Rate importance cannot be understated. Whether PPI Towing or Police Towing, the PPI rate must be addressed.
The APTO and TRAO Private Property Committee retained Attorney Steve Lesser to review the PUCO Case concerning the PPI rate review and suggest our path moving forward.
